Summit House Hospital in Philadelphia. Note the gravestone inscription does
not include the 'e'.

Md. As with a number of other Plot 200 soldiers, this death date
preceeds that of NCA. It isn't known why the discrepancy.

the company as F. Under remarks: "Trans. from Co. "E" 9/3/64. Died
9/17/64 at Satterlee Hospital." As 2nd card simply says 'refer to
Co. F'. The inscription on the stone is apparently incorrect,
possibly due to someone's handwriting.
